This week has been another garbage week. Thanks to work and holidays they have upset my balance. I did get some long walks in which was excellent, but not nearly enough to get to the walking goal required by Pokemon Go.
Running starts again tomorrow, that will put me back on track to hitting my goals much quicker.
Additionally, starting tomorrow there will be no more eating out at restaurants and no more sodas. That should reduce my caloric intake significantly and help me get on the right track as quickly as humanly possible.
Once things calm down, this will be back on track.
