This week started really strong. I went to the gym and did atleast 30 minutes every day on the treadmill. I burned out Thursday and Friday, but that is ok for now, since I am trying to get into the swing of things with the new job.
Also, its total bs that none of the steps that I took counted on Pokemon Go. But I took them, and I guess that is all that really matters.
The weekend was a bit busy and I fell off the wagon a little bit. Drank too many sodas and had a really erratic diet because of a busy Saturday.
I have meal prepped for the first time ever going into this week. I will have chicken Terriyaki every day. With Rice.
Really exited for that. It doesn’t taste all that great. But it will be healthy.
