This week has been good. I have gone for a long walk or to the gym almost every day this week. And I capped it off with a kayaking trip which I will blog about later, because Kayaking counts as hiking I think.
Diet wise it was a mixed bag. I took heated dinners to work every day. Chicken and rice/mashed potatoes and had a simple cereal and milk for my mid-day meal. Then on Friday I hit the food trucks and brought peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Also very tasty.
I think I spent too much money on food this week to supplement my meals with yogurt from the coffee shop or chips so I will be looking to curb that by visiting HEB before work one day this week and picking up some yogurt to have with my lunch.
Pokemon Go is going. Im not hitting anywhere near the 50km requested, but as I’ve said, I suspect that has more to do with the Garmin device not catching the treadmill steps. Maybe once I get an Apple Watch again it’ll pick up those steps and then everything will be good again.
