This week started off rough. I came down with a stomach bug from Austin, so I didn’t have any solid food for the first half of the week.
After I felt better, i noticed that I had cut down on the cokes and that led to some weight loss. I have been drinking more crystal light and fewer sodas. This has been a tremendous help for my energy levels.
Once life calms down, and the relatives leave town it’ll be back to the gym.
Which I think I’ve said a few times. I think I should have a gym bag and maybe start going after work.
