This week has been a tough week fitness wise. I had a lot of post work errands so I only was able to work out twice this week. And then Friday evening I drove up to Dallas for Texas Frightmare weekend. I want to say I was pretty successful at avoiding the bad foods while at a con.
I did have a few cokes while I was there. Especially on the drive as it was an easy source of caffeine to help keep me awake and alert.
This week I start my new schedule at work. Which means I get to the office early and can hit the gym before I start my work day.
I am not really sure what I am doing, so I am going to go back to basic running for a little bit, until I can figure out the fitness class schedule and work in what I can during the day.
Pokemon Go has been a big help in all of this, because every time I looked down during the week, I saw I was close to hatching an egg and would go for it.
