This week has been good. We hit the Gym hard 3 days this week and I got really sore because of it. But it was good. I am actually looking forward to hitting the gym every day. It is a good destresser at the end of the work day.
We have been doing the muscle and fitness 4 week program and it is coming to a close. I looked into the options for workout classes when I hit my new schedule and there are a ton of options that match up. In particular there is a core workout class which is needed as I have no core strength.
On Saturday evening I rode my bike for the first time in a long time to go to a friends Fiesta party. It was an easy two miles on both trips and it felt good. And worked out some of the soreness from the gym. I may need to add in a weekend ride since the weather is nice.
Sunday I did some serious yard work. I feel lighter and healthier, even tho my weight isn’t changing. I went from 216 to 213. I cut back on the cokes seriously, but went a little overboard this weekend.
Now to go longer without cokes. I have a con this weekend, so It may be a struggle.
Pokemon Go is going strong, but not at 50 km.
