Back at it with another health check in. I was excited to see I had lost some weight, that is always a good sign. I think a large part of that is just not drinking as many cokes. I am below my step goal, however we have been hitting the gym 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
This week we jump up to the 4 day a week schedule and then the program we are doing ends and I will have a lot of options. There are a couple of workout classes that will be available.
I am considering the crossfit program they offer just to quickly get things rolling and help me drop a few pounds but I am not 100% certain that is what I want.
Either way having access to a gym is excellent.
My Pokemon step goal has been lacking, but I will be able to get back on that once I get into a steady routine.
