I have not done one of these in a while, but I never stopped walking. I cut back significantly as I got busier with OCA but I never stopped.
Now that things have calmed down I am back on the grind. There is a free Gym at my new job so I have been hitting that three times a week and lifting weights with some of my new coworkers. It will be easy to not skip the gym now as I will have to deal with heavy traffic for a few hours after work.
Or. I can step into the gym for an hour and burn some calories.
I am also going to start bringing my lunch more. I was doing so good with that during my time in OCA, but I fell off the bandwagon. I am going back on that.
