They even included this massive list of 200+ good habits to choose from.
I think I need to look through my goals for 2019 and determine what is the best habit to choose to develop. Some of them can work nicely with my goal of better fitness, like walking 10k steps a day (on top of working out).
There are a host of options available to me, but I am uncertain which I want to choose, and which I want to settle into in the next 6 months. Since I am starting school early into 2019, I don’t think it will be a good time to start playing with different habits, as I will be trying to do my best to keep my head above water.
I think that is why, even tho it is not included on the big list of habits, the big habit I want to adopt in 2019 is to not drink soda. They have some habits on the list for quitting smoking, which I have successfully done.
I want to quit soda now. It is terrible for my diet, it is terrible for my teeth. I think I will adapt one of the habits from the list to be about quitting soda.
I am still settling in on my goal list for 2019, but a new habit could be really cool.
Especially a constructive habit.
