It is tough to stay under budget, eat right, and exerciser during the holidays, so I did not even bother.
I ate way more cookies than I should have. Especially during my GameStop shifts, but healthy food options were not readily available.
I did run the Be Helpful 5k. And I am really proud of the results of that. It does give me a standard to measure against for the next time I go run. Which should start up this week, or early next week depending on availability.
I should be more open and available now that the holidays are over. I am dog sitting for my friend L, but her dogs are easy and don’t require much, and I have one more late night GameStop shift this week.
I haven’t even had time for Pokemon Go, so my Adventure Sync looks terrible right now.
In the new year I will be quitting my soda addiction. That will have the largest measurable improvement on my health out of anything. In the past after 5 weeks of being coke free, I have lost a ton of weight in that small amount of time, and inches.
Should be very repeatable in 2019, but more long term as I have a new water bottle, and will not be available to scoot away from my computer for a quick refill.
