Ive needed a reset on the whole no cokes think, and I think this week is how I do it. I worked a con last weekend and came down with the plague, so its been a fluid only diet for a few days.
Got some rest, and drank a lot of water/sprite/ginger ale to settle my stomach. I haven’t had a caffeine craving, so I think that will help me kick the caffeine habit.
Last week wasn’t great, but this week is a new week.
